1. MANAGER LEVEL:
Merchant Banking, Investment Banking, Depository Participant, Mutual Fund and Investment Analysis, Portfolio Management, Product Planning, Research & Advisory, and Finance & (HR) – Few
Required Qualification:
Master’s Degree in Economics / Business Administration / Business Studies / Management / ACCA / CA / CFA or related field from a recognized university within minimum 3 years’ experience in merchant banking/capital market companies and/or banking and/or another related field, age not exceeding 40 years as on deadline of application.
2. OFFICERS LEVEL: JUNIOR OFFICER – SENIOR OFFICER
Merchant Banking, Investment Banking, Depository Participant, Mutual Fund and Investment Analysis, Portfolio Management, Product Planning, Research & Advisory, and Finance & (HR) – Few
Required Qualification:
Master’s Degree in Economics / Business Administration / Business Studies / Management / ACCA / CA / CFA or related field from a recognized university within minimum 2 years’ experience in merchant banking/capital market companies and/or banking and/or another related field, age not exceeding 35 years as on deadline of application.
3. ASSISTANT LEVEL: JUNIOR ASSISTANT – SUPERVISOR
Merchant Banking, Investment Banking, Depository Participant, Mutual Fund and Investment Analysis, Portfolio Management, Product Planning, Research & Advisory, and Finance & (HR) – Few
Required Qualification:
Bachelor Degree in Economics / Business Administration / Business Studies / Management / ACCA / CA / CFA or related field from a recognized university Preferably having experience in merchant banking/capital market companies and/or banking and/or another related field, age not exceeding 30 years as on deadline of application.
COMMON REQUIREMENT:
- Should be familiar with laws and regulations of Securities Board of Nepal.
- Strong Written & Oral Communication Skills, Excellent interpersonal & technical skills within the ability to maintain relationships at all levels.
- High Standards of Professional & ethical conduct demonstrated.
- Highly motivated, committed and responsible with a demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities and requests.
