Job Description:
If you love helping people then this is the job for you. We are looking for an experienced customer service representative to join our team. The eCommerce Customer Service will interact with our customers providing information in response to products, orders, shipping, while handling customer issues effectively and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be pleasant, upbeat, and service oriented. 

Have to and acquire new clients who will go onboard with this platform.
Have to be comfortable with extensive enquiries.
Have to be comfortable working as an individual.
Should have the Experience in the relevant field.
Order status, Credit call billing and recurring payments.
Communicating with our customers and resolving questions and address concerns.
Have to deals with the international parcel.

Qualification: Any Graduate (Full time), Knowledge of Advance Excel is must. Fluent on Nepali and English.
